Procedure :
Mix the following ingredients :
250g ground pork
250g ground beef
1/2cup minced onions
2cloves garlic
40g curry mix
1/4cup parsley
Form into balls
Grill. In my case, Fry it.
Serve with tomatoes and steamed rice.
Another easy peasy dish that I can make ahead of time. In the early morning when prepping for the day, I pop a few pieces in the toaster, sliced some tomatoes and there goes the baon of the day.
