As far as I can remember we've tried buffet spread five times already, a different one each time. Vikings was the last one and it was also ang pinakamahal (most expensive - only a few peso pricier compared to Buffet 101 though). Here's what I liked about Vikings:
Many drinks to choose from, the water section alone has many fruit/veggie infused type to try. They also have beers apart from the usual others.
Children have their own spreads too from gummies and candies in the desserts area, sliders, sandwich bites, tacos and gelatos too.
Korean foods are abundant too. I've tried one cold noodle dish (Harusame) just for the heck and I was surprised it tasted sooo good, I came back for more.
There were so many choices here especially the ones I haven't seen in other buffet restaurants but those that stood out for me at least that day were Harusame, beef stew and roast beef. I may have forgotten the other dishes I liked here but Vikings would probably be in my top 2. The ambiance is perfect for dinner or lunch dates, the same goes for birthday celebrations. In fact celebrating here wouldn't be dyahe (embarrassing) if you're someone really shy as the staff will all sing/greet you happy birthday ng sabay-sabay (all together), no singling out while they hand you your sweet birthday treats. A lot better I think. This is Vikings SM Jazz branch...
