BSA Mansion Makati

We've stayed in BSA Mansion Makati last month for 7 days and 6 nights and here's our experience by sharing what we liked and didn't like about our stay.

LIKES

Our room was spacious.

Almost everyday they check on you for room cleaning.

Strong water pressure.

Convenient. Near Rustans and other Greenbelt restaurants, cinema, coffee shops. Walking distance to Legazpi Sunday market.

DISLIKES

The guards ONLY greet unit owners. Not for anything but by doing so I felt that as one of their guests we weren't really welcome.

They have cable tv but the signal's weak.

Our room was ant infested: there were ants on dining table, working table, on top of the fridge and walls.

There were construction going on, on both sides of the building so imagine the noise. Sunday was their only break.

They never forget to refill us with water bottles but not with roll of tissues and those little free soap, shampoo and conditioner. Should we have asked? Idk. We stayed there for 7 days, for one whole week and they were cleaning the room almost everyday so if they've forgotten once how about on other days? We only got one roll of tissue, only one, and on the first day.

The safe's almost lowbat.

No frying pan, when we asked for one they gave us a wok.

Is their hotel luggage trolley only for display? No one helped us with our heavy bags when we checked in. I think it was either yes for display or again ONLY for unit owner's use.

When we left the room for cleaning and came back later we found a box of cigarette on the floor near the bed. We told the receptionist about it and someone just retrieved it. No apologies, no explanations from them. Deadmabels.

That's what you get when you stayed long enough in a hotel. 7 days could have been shorter a stay for others but for us it was long enough, long enough to have more complaints than thumbs up haha.

Between BSA Makati and Ortigas experience, I prefer the latter.
