how to make Fried Pork chops and Chicken



Fried foods can sometimes be comfort foods. They may not be as healthy as claimed by experts but sometimes hinahanap hanap din especially if for many days you have tried to really eat healthy and sensibly. I think the next best thing is to prepare it yourself because you’re sure it’s clean and the frying oil used is a one-time thing. I’ve seen these recipes in You Tube and have tried it myself. Worth a try.


For Southern Fried Pork chops

Slit pork chops (for better absorption of marinade)
Dip in breading then put salt and pepper.
Dip in all purpose flour
Dip in 1 piece egg
Deep fry


For Fried Chicken

Slit chicken (again for better absorption)

Marinade in:
Seasoning, 1 tbsp
Salt
Pepper

Dip in mixture of:
Beaten egg, 1pc
Milk, ¼ cup
Then in all purpose flour

Deep fry and bake for 10 minutes


How to make gravy

Combine:
Beef cube
All purpose flour, 1/4cup
Seasoning, 2tsp
Water, 2cups
Oil, 3tbsp (from fried chops or chicken)
Black pepper
Soy sauce, 1/2tsp
