Ingredients:
1klo ground pork
1/3c singkamas, minced
1/3c carrots, minced1 large onion
spring onion
1pc egg
3tbsp sesame oil
5tbsp oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2tsp sugar
siomai wrapper
Procedure:
mix all iingredients
spoon 1tbsp mixture in wrapper. fold and seal.
brush steamer with oil and boil water. arrange siomai in steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes.
serve with dipping sauce:
