Dislikes:
they have 2 pairs of hotel slippers but only 1 set of robe. you can ask for another set anyways.
again, for other items like hair dryer, shower cap, vanity kit or shaving kit, you have to request for them also, although easy to do: just a dial away, we still waited for a few hours.
seems like not all of the staff are well-trained. although others are better and maasikaso.
if I'd have to rate our experience from 1-5, I'd say 3.
