Insomnia

The moment I start to sleep late, chances are I'd have trouble sleeping early the night after that and the next night after and the next. The therapist said it isn't insomnia yet but it still bothers me. I blame all the activities that didn't lead me to bed early which I know is just impossible. Anyways, I tried to find solutions to this little problem of mine and among the list here (which I saw in gmanetwork.com) the one that says about anxiety proved to be the better pill for me. I try not to think of anything except a blank canvass. It isn't easy because thoughts come hovering each time but I fight it off so hard as I know that's what works for me best. If you find yourself in the same predicament, try doing any or all of these, might be of help.
