how to Perfectly Boil an Egg

I guess almost everyone knows how to boil an egg but not everyone knows that there’s such a thing as a perfect boiled egg. A perfect boiled egg is one that has no dark circles around the yolk. Not that it really matters but… what if it does? Ina Garten taught me how…

Put eggs in a pan and cover with cold water.

Turn on the heat and when they come to a boil, turn the heat off and allow them to stand for 5 minutes.

Drain the eggs and cover them in cold water to allow them to cool for 2 minutes,

When the eggs are still warm, roll them on a board and the shell will come off really easily.

 Perfect!

P.S. this is best for deviled eggs dish!
