I’ve
been hearing praises for Papa John's long before I have tried it. But at that
time their only branches were in Greenhills and Taft, branches that aren't near me. And I haven’t heard if they
have one in Makati yet so I was kind of hoping there would be soon. True
enough, Makati branch comes. But it isn’t until last
week when we finally dined in and have a try.
Papa John's Greenbelt 3
Plates are from RAK
Bite. Dip. Enjoy. Which we did. Jalapenos are manageable and salty but right to the taste and the dip is buttery delish :)
Meatball bolognaise. (P200) not for sharing. I like their meatballs.
Super Papa's, one of their signature pizza. (P370, 9inches)
It
was Chinese New Year and we had a perfect view right where we sit outside Papa
John’s al fresco tables.
For
me first impression, when it comes to food, matters a lot. It can be an
indication of things to come, whether you decide to try some more or just move
on. There’s nothing to complain about the food but sadly there’s not much to
rave about it too. Apart from the photos, I have tried their other pizza too
and all yielded the same impression as the first. Theirs is a-okay, you get your money’s
worth but would still look for one that’s exciting and interesting. Just saying..
