Ingredients:
1 cup Malagkit or glutinous rice
8 tbsp Cocoa powder
condensed milk
sugar
cinnamon
1 cup Malagkit or glutinous rice
8 tbsp Cocoa powder
condensed milk
sugar
cinnamon
1 cup warm water
Procedure:
Boil 3 1/2 cups of water.
Pour rice and let boil.
Mix cocoa powder and a dash of ground cinnamon in 1 cup of warm water, then pour in pot and stir continously.
Add more warm water if very thick. The consistency of your champorado depends on how you prefer it.
Remove from pot.
Serve with sugar and condensed milk.
P.S. Choose a good cocoa powder or better yet use your favorite chocolate bar, melt it and use it instead of cocoa. I have yet to give it a try and I'll definitely use Cadbury chocolate bars for sure since it's my favorite sweets of all time. :)
Bon appetit!
