Beef Steak

Every weekend when there’s so much to do in a day, like appointments to fulfill and spur-of-the-moment errands, and I still prefer home cooked meals, I always go to dishes that are so easy to cook and require less ingredients. That way you get to take it easy while waiting for it to cook. That’s an easy dish for me, one that requires less attention, you get to do other mundane things.

Ingredients:
1/4 klo. Sirloin or Breakfast steak
5tbsp Light soy sauce
1tbsp Calamansi
Butter
3cloves Garlic, chopped

Procedure:
Marinade sirloin steak or breakfast steak in light soy sauce and calamansi for 30 minutes.
In a pan, melt butter.
Add minced garlic.
Once fried, set aside garlic.
Fry beef.
Add marinade until thickened.
Top with garlic.

P.S. Every time you feel like adding more sauce always follow the ratio of 5tbsp soy sauce to 1tbsp calamansi juice. Instead of the usual soy sauce I opted to use light soy sauce instead, like Kikkoman, for me it tastes better and is less salty.
