how to make Miswa Sardines



Ingredients:


Miswa (soaked in warm water)
2 cans Spanish sardines
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
spring onions
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup warm water
1 pc knorr cube (I used sinabawang gulay)

Procedure:

Saute onions and garlic.

Add sardines (sauce not included)

Add spring onions. Season with salt, pepper, oyster sauce and soy sauce.

Add water and let boil.

Pour in miswa and let simmer. Add knorr cubes. Let boil.

Turn off heat and pour in sesame oil.
