BSA Twin Towers Hotel

we spent the holidays here last year so allow me to share the photos I took in case you are looking for a review or how it actually looks like from someone else's vantage point.

located at Julio Vargas cor Ortigas, Mandaluyong. It's at the back of SM Megamall

this is Studio Premier

there's refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, stove

there's a number to call to ask for assistance if in case you need help like with the stove plug

they provide cooking utensils as well as plates, bowls and flatwares (not seen)

dining area against the wall mirror

router,  digibox and dvd player

flat screen tv and some storage area

flat iron is available upon request, there's safety deposit box too inside the closet

with hair dryer inside and (just) two towels

Likes:
spacious
so much storage and closet space
you can iron clothes
they quickly attend to calls for help (like with the stove)
they provide infos like time of mass schedules near the area and the hours the mall operates not just SM Megamall but those around the vicinity too.
breakfast buffet is included
they have swimming pool and fitness center
our room's in 39th floor but we never waited long enough for elevator services


Dislikes:
hubby saw a cockroach.
matipid sa tissue, we stayed there for 3 days but like we only had one roll.
free coffee sachets only, no tea. (not everyone drinks coffee)
haba ng pila sa lobby for check in and out, for a season like Christmas and they seemed to be fully booked pa they should have more front personnel.

From the rate of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest, I'd say it's a 3.5 👍👍👍
