I was looking for a simple sauce for my chicken when I came across recipes from Lee Kum Kee. I love Cantonese dishes and this is a simple recipe so it’s another baon idea in my list.
Ingredients:
2-3tbsps oil
1/2 klo chicken breast
1 medium onion
spring onions
ginger
1pack lee kum kee sauce
Procedure:
saute chicken in oil until cooked. set aside.
saute onions, ginger and lee kum kee sauce in oil.
add chicken and stir-fry.
stir in spring onions and serve.
